Relating And Confusions

6/12/2012

I find that being understood by other people is important. If people don't understand you, they'll becomes confused by your actions, why you do what you do. But how do you explain yourself when you can't find the words? In my experience that has just caused even more confusions; many people want to understand (naturally, since it builds on relationships) but in the process of explaining, even if it's making sense to you, it can lead the other person down a long rabbit trail.
I'll bring God into it all at this point since he created us. I know that he had all this in mind; he knew that we were going to feel this way. I believe that it just strengthens my love for him (and vice versa). Let me explain, he's the only one who can completely and absolutely understand us even better than we can ourselves. Personally it tightens my relationship with him, tighter than with anyone else because it's easy, simple, and just wonderful to talk to God; he understands everything.

It'll be very interesting to look back on this in a few months and see my thoughts, whether I or my opinions have changed much.
I'm about to delve into a few books with some gentle music.
