..2013 has tumbled down the 21st century mountain, leaving 2014 standing victoriously on its peak. For me this year will be an important one concerning decisions, responsibilities, and my future.
Last year one of my (and my family's) greatest endeavors was renovating, rebuilding, and fixing this house I'm living in currently. My summer consisted primarily of this task, leaving little room for vacation. The learning curve was steep; but I can honestly tell you, the plateau is covered in sunshine with flowers swaying in the breeze. It has been worth all the effort.
A lot will happen in this coming year. I don't know where I'll end up, what my goals and plans will be at the end of this year, but I know someone that does, and that is the most comforting fact I can rely on. I pray that God would guide me around the obstacles that are to come, give me wisdom in my decisions, and grow my love for Him.
Below I have gathered a few mementos of 2013:
A year has come and gone..

Between all the work there have been times when I was able to relax and take the afternoon/evening off in order to take photos. I've really enjoyed those moments.
This is what our house looked like at one point! (not anymore though)
Fun photo shoots with my brother!
Paris. In the past year I've been to Paris twice. Once for fun with some friends from the states and once in order to take my PSAT.
Josh Groban concert!
And last but not least, my sister who came home for Christmas.
